Set amidst the mesmerizing Italian Riviera and the historic façade of Genoa, Italy, it's all hands on deck this season for Capt. Sandy and her team. Sandy levels up from last season with the 180-foot M/Y Mustique, which challenges her deck crew as they attempt to navigate the busy industrial port with utmost precision. Before they even leave the dock, visa issues tie up two crew members while a department head mismanages important paperwork. Sandy leans on temporary help for the first charter and an unexpected shake-up results in a change of hierarchy. On deck, the crew is overwhelmed by their workload on the oversized vessel as the interior deals with a clash of personalities. Chef Jack wows the guests with his impressive take on local Italian fare, but things start to sour when communication goes south.

I don't see what Sandy sees in Kyle. She was on WWHL singing his praises. He speaks badly behind peoples backs. He can't read the guests and is completely inappropriate with them. Leaving the boat trashed for Nat to clean up in the morning was completely unacceptable whether Tumi said to go to bed or not.

Send Kyle back where he came from..he started problems for Nat.with Tumi before he came back!! He's a gossiping Q and trouble making 2 face.Tumi had an attitude before she even started..also Kyle must of told Tumi he wanted service before they got on the boat!! OBVIOUSLY!!

Another season of below deck I will have to miss. Tried watching it and its painful. The drama started by Kyle has turned Natalya toxic and now the chef is also hating on Tumi based on gossip. Its all toxic

Natalia had done so much work in that boat; she can do things, but… she never stop talking! She spit out everything in her mind without further consideration. Kyle, is a good worker, but mix up his personal life with the work life too much. Lucca has greatly surprised me with his positive attitude, and good management skills. The deck girls are the best ever! Sorry, Capitan Sandy. This season has difficult people below deck. I hope things improve soon. I want to see less divas, more service.

Sorry I don't believe for a second all the crew is chosen by the captain. They are picked by producers and that group is presented to the captain. They wanted Kyle back because he is good TV. Not because he did such a great job. That's why Hannah the toxic queen was brought back so many times and someone great like Katie who caused no problems was not brought back. I loved Katie. Daisy is hella lazy and we saw her drop the ball many times last season. She's always back because she's a drama queen. It's fun to see the drama sometimes but this season is already way too dramatic and negative. Whatever the truth is with Rue's papers I think it's pretty cruel no one has made any remarks or shown compassion that he lost his bf. Neither Andy or Sandy said crap on WWHL. The poor guy is pretty much on his own in life with no family. That's pretty fn sad.

She comes on the boat with the attitude she put Natalia the best worker you could ever get on third in the laundry room away from everybody. She’s the one who’s doing all the work, and this girl comes on here to me and has an attitude and they all try to push Natalia out and I don’t think that’s right.

@Sandracarter That's not true, Sandy told Natalya that she was going to be 3rd stew, but to lead unill Tumi and Kyle came! Also, Natalya was rude and scared the younger stews with that last minute pajama party set-up! I wish there wasn't so much tunnel vision, because employers on the outside see things as they are! 3:20
