Setting up a charitable trust allows many people to draw an income from that almost £40M including Tom's relatives in all likelihood. Donated by so many in the name of the NHS ?

Just think for a moment.... charities are what THE GOVERNMENT are saving.... the more charities there are... the MORE government can use THEIR MONEY for DODGY CONTRACTS. we should DEMAND that the GOVERNMENT PAY MONEY TO WHAT WE BELIEVE NEEDS IT.. DIRECTLY.. not SET UP A SEPRATE PAYMENT system for TAX PAYERS to effectvley LET THE GOVERNMENT OFF.
