final upload for the match Germany Vs Brazil for the nes game captain tsubasa 2 super striker. I have lost this under a lot of pressure from Brazil. it's the toughest to beat in this rom. watch the match to see the result. If you guys do beat Brazil without using cheats please post the video and show me you skills.
a lot of changes done to the rom..
updated stats for the A.I teams, new jersey for Muller as per manga , Brazil and Japan plays now more aggressively. Kapliman of germany is now more effective and his Super shot now Does more damage.

It looks fun when Muller feel like Morisaki against Brazil, I will definitely try this rom when I have time. Do you by chance play CT: Rise of new Champions also? Playing that game lately, and that game also has a lot of room for mods.

For sure I will try this mod. I have wanted to play as Germany since I had Tecmo Cup on NES maybe 30 years ago :) What are the main differences between this and the Germany mod you did a few years ago? Which would you recommend more? I am a fan of unmodded stuff, just swapping the team you play as. But I guess that way nobody else could score against the tougher goalies other than Shcneider with his Fire Shot. I don't mind grinding levels.

This is a better mod and more challenging, the way I lost I can imagine now why Japan go to the finals and won with tsubasa cyclone shot. You need a lot of skill play to beat Brazil with Germany

@@gamerclint81 Some feedback after two games. For background, I''ve played through CT 1-3 several times each. Match 1: Won 9-0, just doing random stuff, used only "catch" option with the goalie. Could no make any passcuts. Match 2: Lost 6-8. Was surprised how tough the match is. I scored 4 with angered Schneider, he could not score before that. 1 from penalty and 1 with Kappelman. My goalie could not block almost anything, even 3 normal shots/volleys went in. He blocked maybe 2 normal shots in the game. Was able to do 2 passcuts with angered Schneider, not with anybody else. I was a bit worried about passcuts when I saw the defensive stats of the defenders in the previous videos. Basically I can not make any passcuts, all the opponent passes in matches 1&2 are succesfull, and almost all opponent shots go in in match 2. Defenders #2 and #3 seem to be trash. Anyway, I'm having fun and going to keep grinding ;)

Playing it last night, I think I am up to Poland game, destroyed every teams in the path with 7-11 goals, conceded some though since AI stats boosted but Muller is still viable enough. I get the fact that you have to lower the stats of players with special move like Metza's pass with topspin pass, but Schneider having the lowest shooting stat among named characters is a joke. His dribble stat is decent so I chose to dribble the keeper instead of using Fire shot.

Hey thanks for your feedback, Schneider is well balanced considering even with a bit lowered stats he is very powerful and his fire shot is also stronger. His shooting stats are the same as the default A I when we play against Germany. So yeah. Every game is a challenge and it gets harder as you progress

@@gamerclint81 Just finished the final with Brazil winning 5-3 (Coimbra scored 2 with Mach shot), still don't bother to use Fire shot unless 1v1 with Gertise instead try to lure him out of goal with thru command. Using Brazilian formation (counter pressing) with Schneider - 10, Margus - 9, Kapellomann - 7, Kaltz - 6 and other two named players in midfield through out the whole run. Scored double digits every game except the last two (Japan got lucky since I hit the post 5 times and got goal-line clearance few times), stop all star players with Schneider and Kaltz special takles, if the slip through then pray hard for Muller performance. All in all, thanks for great rom. It's fun playing it again.
