I found a funny detail in God of War Ragnarok. Let me explain first, after getting to Asgard as Atreus one thing you can do after you are shown to your room is listen through the door and hear conversation, for example you can go up to Thrud's parent's closed door and hear them discussing being better and stuff like that after pressing o, but that's not the detail I want to share. What I want to share is after leaving Odin with Heimdall, the door closes and you get a prompt to listen through the door, Heimdall knows what you're doing and says something about it to you. After a couple of trys and dialogue, Heimdall or Odin says it's getting weird.

I noticed on the Gotham Knights map, there's an area called Otisburg. Otisburg was the name of the area Lex Luthor's henchman, Otis, wanted to name his area of the map, in the original Superman movie.

Later in the game after you fight your way through a kitchen, and get to second main antagonists bedroom, you can find a toy Coaca-demon (mind my spelling) from doom, in his dog Gretas doggy bed.

In hi fi rush when you first enter the museum in the museum level, of you go left down the stairs after the first 6 exibots of the robots there's a mirror up against the wall above some boxes in the corner. A small tune will play and some figures will get sucked into the mirror. I have no idea what this references but the tune sounded so familiar. Also there's the detail of all the paintings of Korsica being removed and hidden in the back since she got fired in the previous level

The tributes in Gotham Knights are what I want to see more of in comic inspired games.

in Calisto Protocol they hint a lot to their ancestor "Dead Space" like something is written on the wall that says "cut their tentacle" or something like this, hinting to this sentence from Dead Space, "cut their limbs"

You missed the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy reference at the end of the dev's note in that Bus Simulator egg. "So long and thanks for all the fish!" It's a message left by the dolphins that leave Earth before it gets destroyed.

I think Callisto protocol it supposed to be a prequel of dead space In dead space we learn that the marker made by humans. And in Callisto protocol they try to "mark" a new age for humanity

For the Goat Simulator 3, the whole thing is a big reference to fallout, not only the skin : the mouvements of the camera when the bomb is dropped on the tree really look like the movement of the camera in Fallout when you get a kill/critical, and the bomb being stuck and not exploding until we explode it is an obvious reference to Megaton, the first city of Fallout 3

I just came across a cool little detail in Resident Evil remake. So far where I'm at in the story, there have been two (2) cranks that I've acquired. One was to drain a pool to get across, and the second one was to spin the wall of this cave to make a walkway so that I may progress. Respectively these are are Square Crank (pool) and the Hexagon Crank (cave). As you may know you can examine items. If you do not examine these cranks, they simply show up as 'Crank' in your inventory. If you examine them though and see that one is the shape of a square and the other a hexagon, it will change the names of them in the inventory as 'Square Crank' and 'Hexagon Crank' I don't believe I have examined every item seeing how I just realized this, so who knows how many more items this applies to. A lot of damn items to hold throughout this game though, with only 6 slots for your inventory. So glad they got rid of this feature.

Here's one I recently found while trying to get a few trophies in Mass Effect: Legendary Edition. Scanning the planet Neith will start a questline across three locations about a defect in the LOKI mechs using a particular processor and how it will infect other machinery like a virus. For the mission on Neith, you end up investigating a crash site where the mechs activated mid-transport, causing the freighter they were being transported on to crash. The mission objectives are clear - land on the planet, shut down the distress signal then get back to your shuttle before the mechs overwhelm you. Simple, right? Well, it turns out that the game has a hidden objective. The shipping manifest can be read on the way to the beacon, which states that there are precisely 180 LOKI-model mechs and an YMIR-model mech, which serves as the mission's miniboss. If you kill exactly 180 LOKI's, the mission will end automatically as there is no more enemies keeping you from the shuttle.

When you talk to them they say that they were an old chemistry teacher and that his son got taken by renegades and is holding the son hostage. So they force the chemistry teacher to make narcotics so they don’t kill the son. Also the name for the quest is called crystal white so I’m guessing it’s a reference to breaking bad

Another detail of the nuclear blast is how the neighborhood became decorated like a birthday party in the 1950's, Similar to the town you enter in Fallout 3. I forget the mission name but you enter a simulation and attempt to talk to someone with relevant information to the main quest.
