Join along as a few friends and I take a trip far offshore in the Northern Gulf of Mexico in search for BIG FISH! Red Snapper, Triggerfish, And Grouper was the targeted species on this adventure and we got more than we asked for. The next afternoon we clean our catch and take it to the kitchen for a fun Blind taste test between 3 different species of fish.

Haven't caught a big trigger in a few years now. We have caught several over ten pounds but just not seeing them anymore. That was a great trip! This stretch of weather has been unreal. I missed all of it with some kind of bug. That is cool to see radar on a 22' foot boat. But you need it in this heavy fog [unless you have a death wish].

Went fishing on the east coast of Florida and it was so nice to be able to catch something besides a fish you can only keep 2 of!! The commercial fishing industry has our government by the ball's and they won't stand up to them!!! They are truly overpopulated!!! Fish anywhere else and you can actually catch a variety!!!
