Wow one thing says change to legacy. But then I do that and get the insert boot disk and press any key. Then this tells me to change it to uefi which when restarted either stays on black screen or says no bootable device and starts the whole process over

It works ! Try boot menu UEFI and main menu f12 bios setup enabled

Mine doesn't have the boot mode option where you change from legacy to UEFI

If you want to change to UEFI just press enter when the legacy words turns white colour
