Okay but the ending just turning into a funny classic Gmod animation is absolutely brilliant. Finishing a horror game is relieving a tension, this takes that idea and runs with it hard.

My favorite was definitely Sniper. He doesn't need to be scary or jump at you. You just get shot with no self defense. You dont see it coming and just happens, like irl. Sniper actually scared me the first time I died in phase 3.

Jumpscare list 0:00 Heavy (Basic) 0:06 Soldier (Always knows where you are, will start leaping once you're near him, relentless of walls) 0:11 Pyro (Always knows where you are, but slow) 0:15 Sniper (Will only shoot if you move, will instantly shoot if you sprint) 0:22 Medic (The same like Heavy, but if you press E, he will go to your location) 0:27 Scout (Can only spot you via eyesight, cannot hear you) 0:33 Engineer (Will teleport to one of the servers after they've been turned off, similar to engineers reacting to spy's sapping) 0:41 Rat Man (Probably RED spy) (Wont attack until you get next to it, which it will appear) 0:48 The M.I.N.G.E (Can laser you, slowing you down, but he is decently slow) 0:54 Arg Man (Gman) (Will only jumpscare you, and it will also show your location to the enemies) 1:02 Manngle (Is slow, but can go through vents) BONUS 2:10 Every class (Excluding Demoman, Engineer and Red Spy)

It's funny that everyone is discussing all the mercenaries, from the cold headshot of the sniper to the beating by the scout, but no one mentioned the eye in the medic's mouth during the jump scare.
