watch as the beige Lincoln comes down the ramp and smashes into the Toyota, launching them across oncoming traffic and into the parking lot on the right side of the road. thankfully the driver of the Toyota did not seem to be seriously injured

At about 5 seconds, you will notice the white suv with flags careening down the ramp and running into the black SUV that then flies across my lane of traffic and come to rest in the grass on the right side of the road. Then I pass that white SUV with flags driving through the stoplight (fleeing the scene) shortly before I pull over to the side of the road. I immediately called 911, checked on the driver, and parked my vehicle safely in a driveway till the police arrived so I could tell them what I saw. I uploaded the dashcam video so I could share it with local authorities to hopefully find the SUV that drove off.
