Am hooked on the naan bread recipe & also add salt, Middle Eastern spices (Waitrose), salt & a dash of oil which I might not add next time (tomorrow). Your mum’s curry will be the next new thing I try (maybe this weekend). I love a home (& about) based vlog however ‘holey’. Listened mainly to this one as busy sewing so will watch properly later for a rest. I prefer going to stores too, touching the materials and trying things on right there. Much better than ordering them online, waiting for them to arrive and sending some bits back again back.

That jug is for when you roast a joint for example, and want to make a gravy from the juices. You pour the juices through the strainer, then all the fat settles at the top, and just the juices cone out from the spout. That's why it's positioned at the bottom of the jug
