Bushings in the freezer for a couple hours and press them in with the vise or hammer them in. Can help to heat the control arm as well, reduce the interference fit with temp

I use a cheap side cutting drill bit. It chews up that rubber even faster.

They don’t sell control arms with the bushing on these cars, only options are oem or poly bushing replacements
