Hello everyone! My name is Tim and I am retired after working 2 jobs for almost 30 years straight. I plan on travel extensively throughout the lower 48 states in my self converted camping vehicles (minivan and small hatch back car). If you would like to follow along with me to where this road trip of the life time might take me, please subscribe and click on the notice bell (for all) so that you will get a notice when I have a chance to get on the internet to upload my vlog. Thanks for watching and commenting.
In this video, I show you how to make your own bug screen for your camping vehicle quick and cheap.

Tim, if you could put on window rain guards I think maybe that would help hide your bug screens and allow for ventilation at the same time. I like your ideas.

Thanks! You know that's I am a cheapskate.😁 And I don't like the one that they sell in Amazon. It looks tacky and screaming out; "I am living in my car."

You did a fantastic job! Mine are quick and dirty as the saying goes...magnets around the frame, no glue involved. Yes, I'm that lazy! I might borrow that curtain rod idea, though. Safe travels, mon ami!

@diasrvlife2649 3 жыл бұрын
MoBang FoYoBucks some people just cut the reflectics to where it fits the window and then cut straight a couple inches on each side so they can Bend some down to have ventilation or see out too.

Hi Tim!!!! We didn't know that you have your channel! Cool! Just checked out this video. Later gonna see more! That's a great idea and such an easy solution!!! We recently bought the curtains, also from Amazon, and adapted them for the doors, but not for the windows. We were also trying to figure out the way to do the windows screens with magnets. I recently saw the same thing done by VanLifeRocks. Have you seen it? I like your accent! Now I remember what you said about the accent in one of our videos! 😉👍 Really nice to meet you! Keep continue sharing your project! Interesting to watch! Blessings! Greetings from San Diego! 🙌❤️

🤗 Thanks Elvi for stopping by and subscribed. I immigrated from Vietnam 41 years ago and the accent kind of never go away because I speak Vietnamese at home and occasionally some Spanish (not fluently but just enough😁) with friends and neighbors. Safe van lifing you guys and keep posting videos so your channel can grow. You are almost there to get monitized!
