That's so cool you have more room now. I had a problem with rodents chewing on my car. They love plastic and wires and foam. I think they came through the air ducts. I did use peppermint oil and they disappeared... For such little creatures they sure can cause alot of problems. I hope you can get that handled quickly. I have a friend that lives in Colorado and she likes to go out in the boonies to camp. Her SUV's wiring harness under the hood was attacked by a critter and would not start the next morning. She had to get it towed into town for repair. A kind person sounded the alarm for her.

Critters can enter your car from the area under the hood. They come in under the front dash. Maybe you could use a pool noodle trimmed to fit.

Fabric softener sheets works in the engine area or underneath for rodents. The door alarm could be a fuse. Praying the best for you!

That first day was quite eventful... good you kept a clear head and it all worked out. You did good. Was seeing out this wedding stuff not a bit crazy, a glimpse of another world all the sudden.. that food looked delicious. The mouse and stuff. When you shook the reflectix my instincts thought it sounds like a mouse then bam you found the evidence. Ive heard anything minty deters them like peppermint oil or ive used deep heat not sure if thats in the US its a strong menthol smelling muscle rub cream for sore muscles. Ive heard even minty toothpaste can work for mice. Ive personally used peppermint oil around my back yard before and it stopped them. Not to mention seal up any holes or gaps you can. They climb up wheels and get in through the smallest gaps. Love your new shelf and foot space 😊🌻

Get some bars of Irish Spring soap (Dollar Tree) Rodents don’t like the smell. We use it in our camper.

In Nor Cal, a family of rats got under my hot tub one winter and chewed up the wiring. It was very annoying, not to mention that it ruined my hot tub. Life would be so boring if everything worked perfectly! Those little critters don't need a lot of space to get into vehicles. I've seen van lifers have them crawl up around wheels. And yes, peppermint oil gets rid of them. Unfortunately it gets rid of me, too. I'm allergic to it. One couple tried to trap the mice but it didn't work. I'd suggest going the cheapest route because you're likely to try several of them. Good luck!

Another Van Camper keeps a spray bottle of peppermint oil mixed with water and sprays her tires and around the outside of her van whenever she camps out to keep the critters away.

I hate rodents. My friend lives in a rural part of town and either rats or mice ate her engine wiring plus hoses. This cost her a little over $2,000 to fix. She soaked cotton balls into peppermint oil, placed them into cute little mesh bags, and hangs them under her hood. Unfortunately, she has to do this a lot. Seems to work because she hasn’t had any more issues with these lil creatures. Those adorable little guys can do some major damage.

They say rodents don’t like bright lights. Put a solar lights under the engine and back of the car. Get the motion sensor ones that will come on with movement. Rodents will chew up engine wires and that’s a big problem .

I have family who live around there and grizzlies are not uncommon in Northern WA as well as other wild life. But as long as you do not keep food outside you are okay Rodents can be an issue keep peppermint soaked rags around. I also use Original Irish spring soap bars as a pleasant smelling insect deterrent. If they eat wires and such huge problems, they generally have friends and if they die inside the insides more problems smell and maggots and rodents attract snakes. So seal off all entry points and use peppermint balls to keep them away.

Hiii 😍! I'm watching & enjoying your video. This video is stated to be 1 year old. You probably figured out the issue with the alarm on your Honda Pilot. I just wanted to share with you that my mom had the same/similar issue with her vehicle. She would be @ Church & come out to start her car & NOTHING would happen, completely DEAD. She would call me, I would make a call & my better half would drive to her rescue ☺️. He said he got in the vehicle & it started right up 🤔🤔🤔. This happened on numerous occasions. One day, I said to myself - SELF "Think like a Computer". The only alarm on the vehicle was a factory alarm. I thought possibly it needed to be reset, I am NOT a Computer Programmer; nor do/did I ever want to be one ☺️. I used the key in the (closed) drivers door & locked the vehicle. Moments later, with the key; I unlocked the vehicle. Who knows what that did, but my mom never experienced those episodes again 😂! Back to your video.

Put some peppermint oil under your hood, in your vents and perhaps on some cottonballs placed in corners of the car. If you had been in my neck of the woods it would not have been a rodent. Leaving food out like that would have attracted bears that can do a lot of damage trying to get into cars.

If you get a membership to planet fitness, you will always be able to take a shower. I travel roads 3 1/2 months out of the year and I find it a valuable answer, planet fitness is located from the east to the west from the north to the south.

Just wondering if it would be easier to just have a Planet Fitness membership so you can shower wherever you are easily. Thank you for sharing your life love your positive energy

Hi Rowan! I had my car alarm go off in the middle of the night in a campground, when i needed to go pee lol. I think all you need to do is make sure you unlock the door first, each time. Man did i feel bad! It was like 2:30 in the morning 😂
