Skape there is a option in the car menu if you move your mouse to anywhere but the door of the car from which you can tow it to the repair place and perfectly in the middle for free. Free atleast if it was removed in the update.

Not sure if anyone already mentioned it but when you go to the junkyard, you take your hammer/mallet and you start beating the crap out the cars that are sitting on the ground and parts and metal will start falling off the car then you collect the items and give it to the guy. Instead of making $50 at a time you can easily do $500-$1000 at a time. PS: also go to the bar and there's a guy who sells black market items and buy a tablet/iPad from him and you can then take pictures of the cars and post them on your ad.
