Sir, you are completely right and sonu ji is not actually out of the range of steering wheel. if anyone has any doubt just lemme explain. i will keep this to the point. so, according to the view of this video, we can see the hood of the car and the road intersecting at a line. now take that line, as you can see, when sonu ji's shoes was out of that line he was in the range of the steering wheel and as soon as he comes under that line and we lost the view, he got out of the range of the steering wheel and the distance between the intersected line and the front of the car is about 1 metre. so if you want that person getpass easily you have to take the refrence out of that intersected line because the car itself can't change the direction if the person within one metre close of that car. I KEPT THIS EXPLANATION SHORT AS MUCH AS I COULD.
