Saw Bon Jovi in concert in 1987 on their Slippery When Wet tour. One of the most entertaining shows I've ever been to. LOVED this album.

Bon Jovi is an American rock band formed in 1983. They had a lot of great songs such as "You Give Love A Bad Name", "Livin' On A Prayer", "Bad Medicine", "I'll Be There For You, "Always", "Someday I'll Be Saturday Night", "It's My Life", "Who Says You Can't Go Home", "Born To Be My Baby", "Lay Your Hands On Me", "Bed Of Roses" "Something For The Pain", "Lie To Me", "These Days" & many more.

Apparently Bon Jovi is/was active in his kid's school's Parent Teacher Association, where he is known as Mr. Bongiovi. (I think the kids are grown by now.)

Fun fact the lead singer is related to Frank Sinatra. Bon Jovi has a lot of great songs like "you give love a bad name", "wanted dead or alive", "blaze of glory" ( used on the young guns soundtrack) , "runaway"( their first song they released) ,"someday I'll be Saturday night", "always", "I'll be there for you", "it's my life", "dry county", "bad medicine", "who says you can't go home" ft Jennifer Nettles, "born to my baby", "bed of roses", "keep the faith", " have a nice day", "we weren't born to follow", " never say goodbye", "lay your hands on me" and many more

Love Bon Jovi, 80s music is some of the best, glad to say they made it past the 80s, not to many bands did.

I saw them in the 80's. Jon was attached to wires and "flew" from the stage to the nose bleed section onto a platform. Great concert.

Oh man…I crushed hard on Jon Bon Jovi back in the day! Everyone did! So frickin’ hot! I think what makes him even more hot is knowing he married his high school sweetheart and they’ve been married for 32 years!

@Michelle Barry YES! He's STILL married to Dorothea...they DON'T love in Jerseys anymore. BUT they still run their soup kitchen. My attorney Kathy lives in Jersey and volunteers there once a week for around like the last 8 to 10 years. ❤️

Far better than the hair bands. Bon Jovi are the real deal. John and Richie (guitar) are BFFs and wrote all of the big hits together. Richie is a phenomenal singer and guitar. Tico Torres is a fantastic drummer and Dave Bryan went Juilliard for piano (also won Toni's for his work on Broadway). Jon is an AMAZING guy. The contract with the record company is with him and him alone He has been CEO since he was in his 20s and knows it all depends on him. He has been a grownup all that time. Great songs we all can relate to. They are amazing unplugged. My fave band since Slippery.
