tornadopain Errrr, I don't think it'd be THAT expensive. I've paid $30 for a wash before. In fact, I've bought that package 3 times so I spent $90 getting just THREE washes.

They dont clean as well as you might think. We have one here in my city just 100 meters from my house. Not all brushes touch the the car, you always need to go and get a cleaning sponge to do the parts that dont get touched by the brushes. Its always the headlights and the part between them, and also the part on the back corners of your car. And we have a VW golf 7 so its not a rare car.

Automatic washes like this are better than no washes. Yes, the prewash is the most important step to remove any dirt or debris that can end up on the brushes and scratch car or the next car being washed. It's cheaper and faster than hand washes. Hand washes are generally better in professional washes. They will charge usually at least 30 dollars for a basic wash, plus another 45 to hand wax it. Wiping the bottom parts of the door are important around drain holes too. A regular car wash that's automatic like in video probably would charge 45 dollars total for wash and hand wax. At least that's what is charged near me in NY.

Recycling is the keyword. To give you an example : an infrastructure like this can go up to 2,5 million euros and more. This includes the building and expensive material. These systems can wash 1500 cars a day.

I was impressed with the jetstream, then I saw the brushes.. and more brushes.. and more brushes.. *thumbs down* Also, near the end of the video if you look at his rocker (side skirt area), it is still dirty. If it doesn't clean well anyway, why not stick with a touchless system? His car was fairly clean before he even went into the wash

Yeah right. These systems have got a high pressure pre-wash with an alkaline, HQ lubricating soaps and chemicals. It's time to learn about washing a car. You use a sponge right?

Palo Alto Microfiber Madness Incredisponge made in Germany, Grit Guard and Shampoo with lubricating oils and carnauba wax. I'm not a hater, but u could do a video with a black car, showing the paint before and after with halogen light ;) Cheers, Kevin

Palo Alto Totaly, all day long..I also use a bit of sand to rub tar out..lol It is crucial, but nothing beats nice foaming, rinsing, 2 bucket method, with, at least, microfibre sponge, so You can delete your comment :p If You have more questions, then look for Larry Kosila, aka AMMO NYC chanell or /Drive Clean, for more detailed information look for detailingworld.com
