You're the most welcome. You mean to neutralize a salt? Salt can be acidic, neutral or basic. The sodium Chloride salt in instance is a neutral salt, it has a PH of 7. I'll appreciate if you can describe what is it what you want to do, then I'll attend to that. King regards.

That is measurements etc. 2. Are these ingredients organic, synthetic products and how safe are there to our cars, trucks etc with respect to the automobile paint, scratch etc? 3. you can use a combination of methyl paraben and propyl paraben and propylene glycol. as preservative or formaldehyde alone

why you have not used coco-betaine ?? I think it's a foam booster and it helps in giving much foam to the content.. Also a very small quantity of edible salt - it can make a shampoo little thicker. .. Do you have any suggestion for this ??

The CDE you see on the formulation stands for coconut Diethanolamide, it's a foam booster. CDE with sles alone can make a very good cleaning product, all this other ingredients are just fillers. You're suggestion is all welcome.
