I think she's extremely calm and confident. I love her quirkyness and sense of humour but I wouldn't say she's awkward. But I guess thats just my opinion. We both like her so yaaay :-)

she does. so many people came to her defense with the awkward interview. even John Green and actor Zach Braff defended her. Like Zach said asking her if she read the book is condescending.

+lilsangels Tha sacramento interview was a culture clash. Cara uses similar self deprecating humour here and Graham gets it, modulates his tone to keep her comfortable. Those American hosts thought her listlessness was rudeness when it wasn't intentional.

^ I think the point of that is not that she ws asked the question, but like the author or whoever said were guys asked the same question and I think it was no. she got better with later interviews though. she just had one or 2 bad ones.

When she said sugar coated I was thinking the fault in our stars when she was like "I believe we have a choice in this world, about how to tell sad stories, on the one hand you can sugar coat it. The way they do in movies and romance novels, where beautiful people lean Beautiful lessons or nothing is too messed up that can't be fixed with an apology and a Peter Gabriel song." ( this is from my mind it may not all be right)

Aw that was so cute when Graham listed all the movies she's doing and then Arnold just started clapping first. It is a great accomplishment and Arnold recognized it and I just smiled. Plus, I gotta say she is so brave. Actors always talk about how terrifying and uptight auditioning is, but Cara is here getting a bunch of movie roles in highly anticipated movies, no doubt bc she is giving her all and using all the charisma and energy she's got to audition! Woohoo!
