Chef, lots of respect to you for the authentic dishes and simplicity. No drama, no loud music. Simple recipes , straight from the heart and honesty. I wish you all the very best. Please do share the olden dishes of Goa or share the memories of your childhood, what kind of food you had been enjoying while you were child. Coz those dishes, I am sure , May not be getting prepare a lot now a days.

Chef Rego, this was amazing to watch, thank you! I’m wondering about that red spinach that you mentioned. Is that the same thing as “tamadi bhaji”? My mother used to make tamadi bhaji and I loved it but I don’t know what the English name is or how to find it. Thanks.
