We finally take our barn-find BMW E30 M3 convertible over to our friends at Meguiar's for it's first deep clean in 20 Years!
The previous owner of 19 years covered over 100,000 KM's in this iconic car, rarely cleaned it and never had it professionally detailed! Now in our hands and after some extensive re-commissioning, it is time for an intensive deep clean.

Definitely original paint. The satin side skirts are the OE finish. Most cars that have seen paint end up with gloss skirts. Great turnaround

Owned and drove many cars but i didn't learn to drive properly till i bought my first e30 325i, suspension, chassis, handling and rear wheel drive is how every car should be, fun in the rain.. This is a beautiful car, nor many left now soon be 50k classic.

I had a C reg E30 some 35+ years ago. Always thought they were a great car but the build and paint quality of that car, having been sat outside for 20-30 years in the UK climate, is absolutely amazing

The Meguiars boys earned their money on that one ! I've been using their products since I was 15 (a very long time ago) and they really are very good. I have that brush they used on the hood and it works so well.

Yes, amazing work by the Meguiar's team. The hood was probably the worst area of the car and that has cleaned up really well!

Bit of a wait, but completely worth it! E30 M3 looks much cleaner now🧼, the transformation was night and day, didn't expect any less from Meguiars! 🔥🔥

Almost therapeutic as someone mentioned, but I would’ve thought there would be a bit more discussion on the application stages, what each lubricant did, what specific cloths were used. I don’t know if you didn’t want to educate your competitors, but I’m all the way in Barbados so for me it’s gathering the “know-how” for a DIY so to speak. But again GREAT JOB.

Glad to see you back , great topic to cover. I used to work for a VW and Audi dealership years ago, even then there costumer service was dreadful,just seem to interested in as much profit as possible. I left as they were bought out by inchcape franchise and you were just a number to them . look forward to more videos from you. If I heard correctly, I think you said this M3 paint is Carbon Black, though I’m almost certain that was a later colour. It looks more like Diamond Schwartz (Black) to me. Came out well, in any case! 😀

Had a red E30 320i SE back in the day and after a polish that paintwork was like glass, this is when BMW had the paintwork down to a tee, nowadays its a bit water based meh.. Cant believe I had two of these and eventually sold them and moved on to other cars, by far one of the best cars I have ever bought. It was so good my mum and dad borrowed it for a 32 county tour of Ireland but little did dad know he had a flat rear tyre he said he never felt any difference 😂 (im sure he must have) 50:50 weight distrobution. Real men do it in the corners OO=[ ] [ ]=OO

So plates wernt removed, washer jets went removed (takes 3 mins) bonnet badge was NFG but could have been removed to clean under, seat weren’t removed to clean & hover under! No wheels off to clean properly!! No engine steam! Used to do my sport evo once a year👌 Call that a proper job🤔🙄🤔🙄 To be honest what they have done is nothing special !

Lovely! Major improvement on where it was, you can always do more and some of the comments maybe harsh but they need to understand what you wanted…think it would be good to have the guys at a show not only selling product but advising on methods etc as there are many hobbyists out there…awesome video

This program in your video we do every week for our standart used cars for sale at different companys in a range from 160€ to 220€inside and outside incl.handpolish. Your nice M3 need much more ,,Love"in detail from a specialist with right tools and products. Best Regards from Germany.
