Lakanka 5g
Baking powder 3g

▼How to make
1. Mix all ingredients except baking powder
2. Add baking powder and mix
3.1 and a half minutes in a 600W microwave
(If it looks raw, please reheat it.)

It is also recommended when you want to consume soybean flour.
Personally, I found it delicious when sliced thinly.
We recommend tearing it into small pieces (elegantly!?) and eating it.
When I usually make a prototype, I start with 10g of Lakanka.
This time, I tried starting with 10g, and it was quite sweet.
It depends on your preference, but for me personally, around 5g is just right.
Soybean flour may be sweeter than okara.
