Just to clarify, the graph on the 6 marker shows cumulative annual emissions by source, rather than cumulative total emissions over time.

Surely melting sea ice does not contribute to sea level rise because the ice originated from the sea originally? Sea level rise is more impacted by thermal expansion and melting of ice sheets?

I think by ‘sea ice’ she means melting ice sheets. She mentioned thermal expansion as an impact too. They all impact negatively but in an essay you could argue your point of thermal expansion impacts more with backed up evidence giving you more marks

Melting ice in The Arctic ocean does not contribute sea level rise but in Antarctica and Greenland it's melting from land into the sea so does contribute sea level rise. You are correct that thermal expansion is the larger factor.
