Suggestion: i just did this on my 12(due to primer lines breaking) definitely add a loop into your primer lines or they will break. gives them some vibration dampening. Beautiful airplane your building there!

Bill Can you make a video showing us the components of your hydraulic mule you made for the Cessna 210? I have a Cessna 210 but when I've put on stand and swung gear I always used the emergency pump and just hand pumped system. Thanks

All other videos I've seen show the boot cowl going on before the firewall and engine mount are attached to fuselage frame. Can you explain how you did the boot cowl (or plan to do it) after firewall?
