Carbon Fiber Front Lip Install on the B9 Audi S4! *PERFECT*

2 жыл бұрынHey everyone, welcome back to Daily Downshift! We have decided to do some more aesthetic mods on the B9 S4 and we are happy to start off with the ECS Carbon Fiber Front Lip. Since the rear wing and side mirrors are carbon fiber we decided to stick with the same look. The lip fits perfectly and the silver paint contrasts with the carbon in the most beautiful way. The install was super quick and now I'm excited to complete the full carbon package! We hope you enjoy!

Hey daily downshift, I just installed the dynamic+ springs on my b9 s4 and was wondering, Did u notice an immediate drop or did it take time to really drop to the inch 034 said it would? Im noticing minimal drop if any and I installed them 2-3 days ago. Please let me know! anything helps.

Also if you wouldn't mind is there anyway you could measure how much earache you have on the front with the ecs carbon lip? I have that exact same one and maybe I could measure and compare!

Trying to figure out for my first Audi should I get the b8.5 s4 or the b9 (I know I can push way more power on the b9) but this will be my first sports car

I looked for this same lip for my a3 but can’t find the same style. I like how the ends are flush and don’t point up like most. Any suggestions on a lip just like this but for a 2019 A3? Thanks

You guys need to do a Stage 3 now for the S4, 034 and IE just came out with the Stage 3. It'll be a good content for the channel.

I bought the bumper lip and fog light cover for my A4 only to have them broken off while driving. The screws I put in the lip are still intact to the car with the broken piece still stuck between them. I even washed and dry throughly before installation. I'm actually disappointed paying for only to lose them days after. The quality of the product are weak. Have you guys had any issues since your installation? At high speeds, they don't hold up as much as I thought

Had both on the car for months now with zero issues. I did add extra double sided tape to both just for piece of mind. Car has seen some very high speeds as well...did you hit potholes or debris?

@@DailyDownshift No potholes or debris. I was ripping on the highway and I believe the speed resistance was pushing down on it so much it snapped the lip right off completely. I did order another one and I will take your idea and use an extra layer of double sided tape. My car is tuned to 348 hp from the stock 252hp. The difference in speed and acceleration is great that I cant stick my hand out the window. I'm guessing the speed of my car and the durability at such speeds. But I will give it one more shot and see how it goes!

@@KandiSAI Definitely try the extra tape and bolt the lip down (I put a nut on the other side of the bolt as well). I'm 415 hp to the wheels and at 200+ km/h none of the carbon budged. Best of luck!

Can you get rid of those orange bycycle reflectors on the front end? Completely spoils the look of NA cars, glad we don't have them here.
