Pep und Carlo sind zwei ganz verschiedene Trainertypen. Man kann beide sowohl vom 'Trainerdasein' als auch privat und menschlich nicht vergleichen. Carlo unterscheidet sich durch seine ruhige italienische Art zu Pep, welcher seinen spanischen Enthusiasmus privat als auch sportlich stark und motiviert auslebt.

SebFIFA LP it has nothing to do with classy though. Pep is kind of a private sort of introverted person. Where as Carlo is more open, free and fun guy. And from what I've read about him he loves cooking.

Carlo noi a Roma la facciamo senza cipolla facendo solo rosolare pancetta e dopo aggiungiamo uovo e pecorino (non parmigiano ) magari anche del pepe in grani e poi si manteca tutto senza esagerare altrimenti si trasforma in frittata !

Carbonara is from lazio (Rome ) not Emilia romagna.; and is made with spaghetti (not penne ) pecorino cheese (not parmisan ).
