My favorite s about carbonated ice are the pockets and layers that it makes. It makes for awesome crunchiness and a nice breakdown. I also enjoy the crackling and popping it makes as it thaws

These look so tasty. Is this a flavored carbonated water? I want to freeze some Pellegrino but I don't want it to bust in the freezer. Any tips?

No, these weren't flavored. I like that brand also and use that too. It's like freezing a bottle of soda if you ever did that before. But if not.... if it's the glass bottle don't do it! I you have a plastic bottle drink it down some or if you don't want to do that make sure the bottle hasn't been shaken or feels tight before placing it in the freezer. Keep an eye on it and when opening be careful also do not point to your face. Basically glass bottle is a don't. Plastic bottle is okay and no shaking and carefully open 🙂
