Hi! The reason why you see some jamming of cards in the video is because this shuffler was designed to use COPAG plastic cards, and not Bicycle cards which are used in this video. If you are using COPAG cards, you get even better results :-)

I bought this unit about ten years ago. We used it about twice a year for our home games since then. Although a good conversation piece and it does shuffle cards, it jams several times at every single game we ever had. About four years ago I called the company and they said to send it in for a rebuild for a charge of $100 plus shipping. I did. Although a little better is jams several times per sitting. BTW, we have always used the recommended Copag cards (which have been perfect and are almost like new after ten years). The unit started acting up recently so I contacted Shuffle Tech directly. They had zero interest in helping, stating that the unit was too old for service. They never even took a second to ask what was wrong. Only offering 10% off a new unit. That is freaking mind-numbingly fraudulent, in my eye. So my unit is a brick and there is a ridiculous hole in my custom made poker table. I'm sorry I ever paid my hard earned money for this way over-priced brick.

Seems a lot of box & noise & time to shuffle a deck of cards. Also, if you had put in a pack of cards in set order (all suits together & in no. order etc.) you would then have been able to show us how well they were actually shuffled. Just a thought.

I think u said u just wiped it down and havnt used it yet. But u also mention that previously when it jams u push it down to unjam it. Kind of contradicting . U seem pretty familiar with it as well even tho u just unboxed it
