almost any gear chronicle g unit could give you major advantage but no you risk burning your extra deck to pieces and paid the price

It depends because its ady at 5 dmg , chrono choose to ultimate stride cuz it could probably end the battle

I love how pretty much everyone agrees Chrono Misplayed by using Dust here. Any of his 3 Chronojet strides would have been better as they would have given him another attack plus he would have been able to G guard too it’s also possible playing dust is what made Gyze play Ultima if Chrono withheld Dust Gyze might have just played another Luard a stride and Chrono would have had a better chance. You only go for a Zeroth Dragon if you’re absolutely sure you have Game.

There's absolutely no way Chrono would have survived a second Dragfall turn with what few cards he had in his hand

You know... I feel like this could have been more intresting fight if Ultima hit the field first and Chrono lived to call out Dust and still lost... just a thought I had. Or... he could have just not have called out Dust... I mean Nextstage or Gear Groovy would have done better I feel.

He actually would have lived if he had gone for Nextage or Gear Groovy, as he would still have the heal in hand and G-guards to use Heteroround and shuffle the stacked critical triggers from Ultima. Then go for Dust after his opponent wasted his resources attacking.

Je also could've ended the series many episodes earlier if he didn't use Dust and just kept it hidden.

While he shouldn't of went into Dust it's symbolic and very much ironic the one who preached, about the future the most gave up on it he forfeited the right to win being that the heal trigger is a sign to keep on going.
