With the knowledge that Hikari's illness may be cured if he is the last one standing in the "Fated Clash", Akina gains a sense for Vanguard under the tutelage of Nao, his senior from his part-time job. However, as if his line of thinking was foreseen, Gabwelius appears before Akina once more.

I don't disagree with that at all, I was originally a kagaro kid growing up so I'm not going anywhere LOL but I do love the Nations idea it simplifies things a bit. Now I can finally get my younger relatives & Friends into the game. @roninwarriorsfan

On dear days, when I am about to get a trigger (other than heal) unit as my sixth damage the game still asks me to assign power and critical instead of instantly ending the match with a L.

Hmm, I never noticed before, but in the OG Vanguard (way back), you can only guard with units equal to or lower than your Vanguard (except for G units). I think. Not sure if this is true.

Yeah. The rule got changed where you can guard with whatever grade you want regardless of the grade your VG’s at. However, with blitz orders, you can only play them if they have the same grade or less than your VG’s grade.

it was a rule changed back in V-series. and as @phillipr.9039 states, your vanguard's grade determines what Blitz Orders you can use.
