Huge difference in interviews. Ebro sat there and gave her a REAL interview about her music career. While Jimmy and Ellen did zero research about her and mostly mocked her. “What should I call you bc Cardi isn’t your real name” -Ellen (wth?). Also when Ellen tried to tell Cardi that Bronx isn’t NY so it’s not a valid reason to not drive. So many things wrong with that statement. 1) Bronx IS in fact a neighborhood of NYC. 2) You CAN live an entire lifetime in NY without a car. 3) 80% of the world doesn’t have Ellen money to have a car and afford NY. The interview with Jimmy was just as bad. He was so awkward. Hasn’t he done this longer than her? If she’s not being given a respectable interview then of course she’s going to troll them and be funny. I'm happy to see their relationship evolve because his first interview with her on Hot 97 Ebro in the morning, was very questionable and he shaded her the whole interview. You can tell she's happy with her life, family, and career because she didn't let his past behavior affect the way she was going to be vulnerable with her fans for this interview.
