Came back here after many years. My life looks so different now, still I get goosebumps listening to them, and I remember who I truly am and wanna be.

Sat down for breakfast with Chuck this morning. I ordered the usual 2 eggs, bacon and coffee. Chuck ordered a 2x4 piece of railroad wood topped with gravel and a used motor oil dressing. He washed it down with a barrel of Whiskey.

I bumped into Chuck outside the HWM gig in Bristol, UK last week. Literally walked in to the venue together, I said hello, shook his hand and told him his music moved me. He smiled and said a simple "thanks man". He'll never read this, but it meant a lot to be able to tell him to his face. Cheers, Chuck.

same here. chucks gig in bremen / germany 2007. his mic failed and he still filled the whole place with his voice. one of the best moments in my life. ever!

Saw Chuck and the boys open up for Gaslight at the Asbury Summer Stage a few weeks ago. First time seeing him live after listening to him for years. He didn't disappoint, to say the least. His energy was insane. Super nice guy too!!

I was a huge fan of hot water music, I have a poster of them on my wall. and it’s awesome to see that this guy never fell off. The ending of this song is one of the most pretty, emotional things I’ve ever heard.

This song is incredible made even more so with this addition. I can’t imagine this style of music getting any better than this right here.

Brian Fallon talked about Chucks Revival Tour in an interview. I looked up the Tour, dug what I heard and decided to check out Chuck Ragan...damn I waited too damn long. This guy is amazing. I look forward to getting to know his music.

I found this video a few days ago, after watching some William Elliott Whitmore videos. Holy crap, these guys are great together, and individually. I have subsequently bought albums from both Chuck and Rocky. I only wish that I'd have heard them sooner. This song is already great but this version is amazing.

He is amazing. Just be thankful you found him. After much searching (a lot..), I came up with a few more songs that are *hidden* and amazing. As holdingontowater mentioned, check out Rumbleseat. I would look at his album with the Anderson Family Bluegrass (Bedroll Lullaby and Live By the Sword). He played on the album with Austin Lucas as well. Very folk, Very awesome. Greatest artist of this time in my opinion. Happy listening!

I don't think another band could have ever pulled the whole leatherface revival. And the split record you guys made is still amazing. The idea of caught up. Wrong and righteous rebellion. This record turned me on to snuff. And also almost made me give up music entirely. From the very first second I heard wax lyrical I couldn't understand how a guitar made that sound. The perfect crunching melody. And you guys introduced a nation to it or at least my friends and I. Then to find out Frankie was responsible for the likes of hooton 3car. China drum. Don fisher. Broccoli. Just a great story

The problem with listening to Chuck Ragan is he makes every other singer sound thin and screechy. I love his voice like a fat kid loves food.
