Good workout. No ads in the middle which is great for continuous workout. To get more out of it, keep the exercise going through the pauses. Thanks for posting this.

Everyone watching this abroad gets to see the amazingly high standard of Australia's ballet training. So many international ballet dancers produced out of our small population, and Grand Prix place getters. We also have amazingly progressive sport science encompassed in our dance training.

It will, but you also need to make sure your diet is good. You'll only see the "shaping" if you're eating healthily and slightly less calories
