Very good informative interview with appropriate questions asked to the famous US based cardiologist. But one thing I noticed - at one point dr said you should take timely food to have a healthy heart. Agreed. Within minutes he said don’t take breakfast cause it’s 8-30, time to eat. A contradiction.
