Dr.. Campbell, thank you again for your videos. You have an uncanny ability to communicate complex subjects in an understandable, well-organized and sensible manner. Although I am enrolled in nursing school in the USA, I regularly watch your videos to help me understand the subjects assigned. I find your use of analogies to be particularly useful to my retention of the information that you share. Best wishes from across the pond with sincere thanks.

Perfect timing to have found your simply terrific presentation. It's like my mind had gone blank from nonusage of medical terminology, biology, physics, chemistry and math courses over the years of ongoing academic skillsets. My cobwebs have been brushed away. It's time for refreshing videos as you have done to reinforce, purge, update and advance my prior knowledge. I do thank you so very much for helping me recall clouded information that I am beginning to remember. YOU'RE AWESOME! Your friend....DEVEREE

Thanks for the video. These are all very interesting. I follow you because of covid 19 mainly but I enjoy learning medical related topics. Part of my motivation is eating a diet called the whole food-plant based diet. My total cholesterol was just getting high after I eliminated sugar. I eliminated sugar because of some videos on KZfaq about it's danger, namely Robert Lustig. I researched more information and found the whole food-plant based diet which lowered my total cholesterol from 210 mg/dl to 135 in just a few weeks. It also allowed me, wit doctor supervision, to stop using blood pressure medication. That was a beta blocker that controlled a high heart rate. My heart rate is now normal. All that time and I thought anxiety had caused my high heart rate. I also lost 50 lb. Still down about 40 and still healthy 3 years later.
