They're just bag clips. You can find them on Amazon here: amzn.to/2sE7r7Y I think I bought the white ones from the Container Store years ago, but any bag clips will do.

Yes! The Parcel Pop-up is designed to also fit a standard size gift card on the slider arm.

Thanks! I get an ombre powder dip at the nail salon. They're so durable and I can make them last a month by filing the ends and filling in the grow-out part with a chunky glitter polish.
