My best childhood memories are from veggie soup with chicken breast that my mother cooked for us in the autumn, with the vegetables from our big garden, in Southern Brazil (a very cold place even for European standards). We had a very simple life but no scarcity of any type. But, unfortunately, mom and dad came from a very impoverished background. Both knew the exact meaning of the word "hunger". They had always a sensation of "freezing to death" when they were small kids, because of lack of heating and proper clothes. When they married they promised to themselves that their children never would know any kind of deprivation. In fact, even we were a very working class family, childhood was a bright and happy time for me and my sister. We went to good schools and universities. Tks mom and dad for everything!

My childhood memories of food are related to my grandmother. I spent every vacation with my grandparents in the countryside. There you ate fruit and vegetables straight from bushes and trees. Additionally, my grandmother made the pasta herself. It was the most delicious pasta I have ever eaten. I love these memories. For me they are a precious memento of my childhood. I remember my grandmother always had beans and cornbread. Green beans and sometimes new potatoes in the summer and pintos in the winter.

잘 지냈나요 오물오물 당근 먹는 애기가 기특하네요 냥이가 기분좋으면 발랑 드러눕는다고 하네요 두냥이가 행복해보여요 여긴 기장이 가까워서 수시로 가서 동해바다도 보고 미역이랑 다시마를 사온답니다 서류봉투에 넣어야겠어요 이제 국수 많이 해서 먹는철이니 김치국수 색시따라 해서 먹어야겠어요 이엠은 사용 안해봤는데 그렇게 다방면으로 쓸수있으니 당장 사야겠어요 나이는 많지만 이렇게 젊은 색시영상을 보고 배우는것이 많아 언제나 언제나 고마운 마음이어요 오늘은 신랑 직장따라 김해로 이사간 옆동 색시네 집 방문하고 왔어요 코로나땜시로 전화만 했었는데 서로가 보고파 가벼운 내가 미사마치고 갔다가 왔네요 애기들도보고요 까르슈땜시로 알게된 그 색시도 살림솜씨가 많이 늘었어요 칭찬했더니 까르슈샘 덕분이라는 말이 기분이 좋았네요 내주위엔 좋은 사람들이 많은것같아요 어스럼해질무렵 모든 자연이 제자리로 돌아갈 시간에 김해서 출발했는데 진례톨게이트의 누우런 가로등 불빛이 동화의 무대처럼 아름다웠답니다 내주위에 좋은 사람들 모두가 건강하고 행복했으면 합니다 담 영상때까지 건강하세요^^

냉면은 못 먹어도 잔치국수는 넘 좋아하는데, 침이 그냥 넘어갑니다. 저의 생일미역국 얘기를 남편한테 했더니 올해 생일때는 보고 배워서 미역국을 꼭 해주겠답니다. 마음은 고맙지만 굳이 맛없는 먹어야하나 걱정이 앞섭니다ㅠㅠ EM발효액은 비누 만들때만 사용했는데 사용범위가 넓은줄 몰랐어요. 감사합니다.
