Here in Australia we get them sent by bare rooted.

Do succulents die when they are brought frequently indoors then back outdoors just to meet its light requirements or this is just make believe? Thank you SUCCULENTS BOX for this video and especially its presentation which is second to NONE.

Most plants are shipped bare root! So tips on this video will be rarely useful.

Hi. I'm not sure that your new succulents are the ones you just bought or new growth. For the newly bought succulents, after bringing home your new baby, it's highly recommended to transfer them to a different planter within 2 weeks; since they usually come in small, plastic containers, which can hinder their growth. would this also apply to succulents bought locally? i'm not sure how different eh shock would be from a 10 minutes drive to hundreds of miles in a box 🥺

We're not sure, but many problems can occur during shipment and handling, so we just try to protect them with bubble wrap, good packed,... whether in a 10-minute drive to hundreds of miles.

I bought 5 types of succulents but I'm like 15hrs away from home and it's cold here because this is the coldest place in here. Can you give me some advice?

Hi there! Some succulents are not good enough at tolerating breezy days and cold nights, so you will need to bring your plants inside to ensure they survive. Also, it's best to include a heat pack to protect your plants from frost on delivery and please cover your outdoor succulents with bed sheets.
