At approximately 8am in the morning on August 6, 2022 at 3771 N. Ocean Shore BLVD in Beverly Beach, deputies responded to the report of a subject operating a large piece of construction equipment and driving it on the sidewalk in Beverly Beach.

If you're going to steal heavy duty construction equipment, make sure you're wearing OSHA approved PPE like a hard hat, safety vest, eye protection, hearing protection, etc.

Florida needs a new law to give careers criminals 15 years in prison if they can't learn to stay out of trouble they don't need to be out on the streets time for Florida to put in the 3 strike law good job to your officers and to you Rick Staly.
