If you look at the structure of SZA’s lyrics she writes almost like a rapper. That style allows her flow on so many different kind of tracks.

One thing I alwayz said about her as an artist is how poetic and well she writes, Amy Winehouse is my number one favorite artist of all time and the way SZA writes is very reminiscent of the way Amy wrote which is a HUGEEE compliment from an Amy fan, we’re super sensitive about Amy!

She in my opinion revitalized female R&B for the 2010s. After 2011, R&B was going through a serious decline commercially. After CTRL came out, so many new R&B singers followed after her like Ella Mai, Ari Lennox, Mahalia, Summer Walker, etc. Imagine opening doors like that with your debut album, and she’s only getting bigger

Seeing this makes me reminisce my early 20s when I found SZA. It gives me good flutters in my stomach. SZA is the only one who sounds like SZA. We notice others copy when you hear what we refer to as "cursive singing". Her pen game is also epic as ever. Babylon, Sweet November, Advil, Sobriety, Never Knew...of course all of CTRL. I hope RCA and TDE stop the BS and make SZA drop her second album, I hope for the album SZA makes it a visual album bc I know she’s aspired to be a filmmaker as well and see visuals ideas executed well, as well hope this wouldn’t be her final album she has a lot of potentials to be the most prominent R&B female artist for this generation, along with Normani and Ari Lennox

I love me some Sza like I’ve noticed her when she was featured on Rihanna Anti album but her Ctrl album is amazing from start to finish I wish her label would released her second album like they are holding it back for what reason but we need that album now

I love SZA so much! I’ve loved her since about 2012/2013. Ctrl is a masterpiece! I still listen to that album everyday. I really relate to the things she talks about in her music. She has substance. Her style is so different from everyone else’s today and I love it!

RCA has such a grimy reputation. She’s been inspiring me since Time Travel Undone and Teen Spirit but CTRL got me through a reaaallly tough transition period in my life. She’s TRULY gifted with her words and Melodie’s and I hope she can find a label that truly knows what they have!

I love Sza. I’m surprised to find out she is 31. I thought she was like 22 or 23. Her looks have changed so much since she first came out. She looks youthful af now I’m shook! What did you have done sis ?
