The South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) is responsible for disbursing Sassa grant payments to millions of vulnerable South Africans.
Sassa has now released the grant payment dates for the rest of the 2024 financial year.

How does any old age pensioner survive on what they get evwry month. Some still have to pay rent for a room, food, medicine. Is our government proud of what they give our pensioners, yet their salaries go up, they get christmas bonuses. Absolutely disgusting pensioners should at least get R5000 a month. What a disgrace how our pensioners are treated

The Older Persons Grant (Pension) is R20 more than the for Individuals 75 years-old and above.
