I noticed throughout the whole process you didn't speak once with that old gentleman and honestly speaking, you treated him like an object which I didn't like. Communication is very important. You drag lifted him which shows your manual handling technique is very poor. I didn't see any compassion in your care. I am sorry, I m only commenting on the basis of what I saw. You should maintain dignity and privacy of your patient.

Honestly speaking i did not like the way you were handling him..no communication nothing - i hope you understand that you r being paid good money for doing this and the least you can do is treat the gentleman with some kindness..dont do this job for the sake of doing it!! Pathetic- infact stop making such videos as it shows you in bad light!! Hope you treat him with a little love and gently- after all he did not come asking you to help him but you have chosen to do this for the money this poor fellow is paying you. You will also become old one day..never forget that!! Be gently and show him some love!!
