I know the guys work hard and build a healthy apatite but what happens with unused leftovers? I'm sure there isnt much, but I am curious.

Nice video. Doesn't look like the crew has much interest in vegetables. A lot of meat, potatoes and starch.

@@ShiptoShoreChef My comment was directed to what appeared to be the crew's eating habits, I presume that directs what you prepare. My impression came from looking at your shopping list, it seemed light on fruit and veggies.
