In the interview Cariba says (roughly) that Rikki has changed a lot over the years and she is very happy about that. She developed a lot and is again very independent. She has a big job as an underwater explorer. Allie Bertram (Mimmie) explains that Rikki has an exhibition with things that she has collected while diving and the mermaids immediately recognize that no normal human could collect such things. So Rikki must be a mermaid, which is crazy because they had never heard of another mermaid. And from there on, one of the items in Rikki's exhibition becomes very important because it can break the spell of the dragon. Cariba says that this is a total homecoming story for Rikki. She has been away from the moonpool for a long time and it's sensational for her to swim in there again. And now she's even doing it with the mermaids from Mako!
