I absolutely love caribbean beach, just have to let you know, the room you are showing is infact renovated, I have not been able to go there since its renovation, that's how I know. There may be some rooms with no carpet, but that would be the only difference.....Love seeing the room :)

We were there in early March and our room had the carpet and the pretty lights. 😉

The pirate rooms are so fun! They also have the best scavenger hunt of any resort we’ve found!

Do you think two rooms at Caribbean or one family suite at AOA would be better for a party of six

If it’s 6 adults, 2 rooms would be better. But if it’s adults and kids, we’d choose the rooms at AoA. The rooms there are newly remodeled, and the resort is less spread out than Caribbean Beach. Plus the theming at AoA is so fun and colorful. 💙

Not since the Skyliner opened. We’ve stayed in a preferred and pirate room, but not standard.

Not all do, no, but if you book a room with 5 people on the reservation, you will get a room with a 5th sleeper.
