We couldn't believe our view when we got to our villa. Every villa on the resort has its own incredible view. Not all have the Piton view however, so if booking it is good to double check you have it. Although, the Caribbean is a pretty amazing view anyway.

Wow! Lucky you! We look forward to coming back when we can explore more of the island. But we were happy to stick to the resorts and organized tours this time to keep everyone safe and to not take any chances. But I know it will be even more amazing when we can travel freely to really explore.

Love this video! Absolutely stunning! I plan on taking a couple’s trip to the Stonefield Villas Resort in 2022. Did you/would you recommend renting a car while down there? Looks as if many of the attractions are accessible via shuttle or on foot.

Amazing have a great time! I would check with COVID restrictions before you rent a car. When we were there, it was quite strict and I don't think people were allowed to rent cars, but that has probably changed by now. www.stlucia.org/en/covid-19/ But yes, a car is always a great idea to have flexibility. Here are details for car rentals I believe you need a temporary driver's licence. www.stlucia.org/en/plan-your-trip/getting-around/ . We took private tours with a driver to see the sights and that works great as well.

I have seen several reviews where people were asked to move villas. do you think that was due to booking through sites like kayak or expedia? did you hear anything about this? also i heard the staff was a bit uppity and food was so so. I realize there are situations where stuff happens or guests are just dramatic. I have to ask though. I really enjoyed the video. Thank you

We stayed in the room called Frangipani. they don't use numbers, they use names. Ours was Frangipani. Thanks for reminding me to put that in the description.

If you could pick between stonefield vs calabash for a honeymoon what would you choose and why

Stonefield has the best view and is very secluded. For a honeymoon, you will probably enjoy the solitude of Stonefield, but Calabash also has private plunge pools and it has the beach on the property. For Stonefield, you need to walk or be shuttled to the beach. I think you will be happy with either. Sorry, it is hard to choose. However, Stonefield has that classic view of the Piton. :) Have an amazing honeymoon.

Yes, we are still in quarantine for a few more days. We work from home so it's not bad for us, but I hope Canada passes rapid testing soon.

They are open for tourism. No TVs in this villa. We are doing a Villa Tour of Calabash Cove nextg weekend and it has TVs in its room and it is another beautiful resort on St. Lucia.
