Make these carioca balls in less ingredients & low budget and can sale it outside in good margin . We sale per pc it 10 peso and its really salable snacks these days, why not try to start CARIOCA BALLS BUSINESS ?
✔️Ingredients
2 Cups Glutinous rice flour
3/4 Cup Fresh water
1/2 Cup Brown sugar
Oil for frying
Wood skewer (If wanna sale out . Put 10 peso price so have enough margin)
Frying time less than 10 minutes , Make sure oil bit heatup in advance before adding carioca balls,

Warning:when you fry the ball dough ,the oil will pop and even putting the sugar it still pop that’s what happen to me I burn myself
