3 жыл бұрынHow to lay down to the bottom of your swimming pool. This is a tutorial of laying down to the bottom of your swimming pool. It is not very hard but you have to be very relaxed in order to breathe out your air and let yourself sink to the bottom of the swimming pool. After that you will be able to swim at the bottom of your favorite pool.

I can lay down underwater just like that and hold my breath for 30 to 40 seconds, while at the bottom of the pool in that position. My recent pb in underwater breath hold is 2 minutes and 32 seconds. The vast difference is understandable because a lot the air in my lungs, which has oxygen gets released out and I have less air in my lungs by the time I finally lay down. Update:I just broke one minute breath hold laying in this position by resisting the urge to breathe in spite of lower air in my lungs, low enough to allow my body to sink.

Don't hold your breath longer than one minute because it could cause low oxygen in your blood and damage your brain cells as a result. Probably not too bad for you up to one minute, but longer may hurt you. - TAV ❤ 🇺🇸 🌎 👍

Goggle "how long can you hold your breath before brain cells start dying" to see 1 or 2 minutes is the max time. Some people pass out after 30 seconds. - TAV

By doing it, salt water pools I would recommend opening your eyes the most (not too salty like a beach)
