it's a scratch. taking someone to court over that is a bitchy on the rag karen thing to do. years ago when things like this happened, which was pretty much all the time, people did NOTHING. Today we act like they drowned a puppy. society has forgotten how to handle life. if the knee jerk reaction is to sue someone then humans need to relearn how to negotiate life all over again. It's not normal to take someone to court and treat them like a murderer over a shopping cart causing a scratch, no matter how nasty the other person might seem. Shit like this is why things are the way they are today. No one knows how to handle the small problems in life.

So how do they get the cart to begin with? They obviously have to get out of the car and walk somewhere to get one, so why can’t they do the same thing on their way back to the car and return it from where they got it from. There isn’t always a stray cart close enough to their car every time they pull up.

@@kyliemarie6386 the thing is they pick up the cart close to the entrance of the shopping cart, take the full cart back to their car but are generally too lazy to place it back next to the store or in the proper storage area for the carts, so they leave it half on a curb next to the car or in another parking space. It drives me nuts because it usually takes less than a minute to place the cart back to its proper storage area

They all sound so stupid it's like they're not even watching the show that he's asking about it makes no sense !! They should have dropped that segment years ago

@@payableondeath9091 I don't go that far but on the opposite side, a few years ago, it was 110 deg F everyone is sweaty and sticky, I was loading my car ready to leave and 2 untidy jumbo sized women parked near me. One of them had a full supersized McD's strawberry shake that had melted and was a thin liquid. she set it on the ground in the empty spot next to where they parked.. (The store has large public use bins in front for things like that). Shade is scarce and most people leave their windows down, SO I covered both of their front seats in sticky pink goo.. I saved some unsuspecting shopper from hitting it and the mess it would have made... I didn't stay to see the reaction because it was really bad
