This tells me he must have some chronic leg or back issue if teams shrink away from long term deals. Wise move by Mets and Giants if so. We’ve seen a lot of these contracts become anchors tied to teams’ necks: Stanton, Pujols, Strasburg, Rendon, Yelich, good grief there’s a long trail of destruction with horrible contracts. All I found was he was injured and or missed games due to a broken finger, back problems, neck issues and etc. NEVER I found he had any problems with an operated ankle he had. He never missed any games cause of an ankle and or etc. In my opinion either the MLB is NOT publicly displaying players injury reports (Not that it matters to fans) but my point is The New York Mets and the San Francisco Giants BULLSHITTED on Carlos Correa and didn’t want to give the lad his $$$ and wasted his time or something is missing here.
