I've listened to this guy for more than 45 years now, saw some concerts, got all of his lp's, but I still think that 1977 was the magic year.

It must have been the early 1970’s when I first listened to Samba Pa Ti and bought Greatest’ Hits. My first Santana album, many to follow. Revelations is one of my many favorites that inspired me to finally learn to play the guitar at age 59 (about 50 years too late). I have a long way to go, I know I’ll never get there, but I already have lots of fun trying. Thanks Carlos!

I'll never forget when I first bought "Festival" in the mid 90's. I sat in my little apartment and listened to it over and over. What a remarkable album. This is an awesome video! Guess what them Gibson guys have to say about their piece of wood and strings?!! Carlos santana has been one of the pillars of universal Rock n Roll ever since Woodstock 1969. He was a legend then and one master legend today. It has nothing to do with his Gibson, Fender, or Yamaha! Its all about his heart and soul.!
